I carry my xdm 4.5" .40 IWB in a crossbreed in the 4-4:30 position. Drove from ohio to myrtle beach in september.... in a honda civic. 
Seriously with a good holster and a good belt, I don't notice.

Same here...
Although a lot of time I put my XD in the center console. Seems like it would be easier to get to and pull faster than from my hip with a seat belt in the way.

I carry my 45 XDm with the holster it came with, I just always wear Carharts, long jackets, or long sleeve shirts that button down just to cover it up. Otherwise I use a Leapers Law Enforcement Vertical Shoulder Holster.

I carry my .45 4" service model in a CBST w/ CB belt at about 2:30-3:00 with regular clothes and I'm 5'10" 165 lbs. I've always liked my jeans a little loose in the waist, this just takes up that slack. I go everywhere and nobody seems to notice. I keep the cant tilted way forward.
