Kinda like getting into a car accident at lunch time and blaming your headlights that you cant see..... Ohh and SA and every gun gun web sight lists them as factory night sights not trijicons.... I guess you should have researched before you bought, thats what i do. and you poor gun dealer is only selling you what you wanted from the factory...

Thats what I was remembering they called them "factory night sights" not Trijicons.

Well, I'll know for sure tomorrow afternoon after I get the gun. I'll let you know.

So confused. They have 3 night sight options, all are $105. Which ones did you get?
Springfield fixed tritium night sight set (3 green dots) . . . . . . . . . $105.00
Trijicon 3 dot tritium night sight set (3 green dots) . . . . . . . . . $105.00
Heinie Straight 8 Slant Pro tritium night sight set (1 green dot rear, 1 green dot front) . . . . . . . $105.00

rMy Heinie night sights don't have the white rings around the inserts and I have no issues with sight alingment or my grouping. Sorry your having these troubles,I'm sure Springfield would go to work to solve your problems for you but just a heads-up you may mave to meet them in the middle, doubt it though.Good luck and let us know how it turns out.

Why do people feel the need to over use caps and big lettering. It's like a child having a temper tantrum.

Your issue is with Trijicon, they are the ones stamping their name on the sights. As far as you not being able to use the sights, that is you not the sights.

The OP's issue is having no idea what he is talking about.
Another uneducated rant full of false information.
I think ajamesp51 explained the issue very well.
OP, a lesson in night sights...
There are many manufactures sights that use Trijicon tubes.
These are Heinie Straight 8s.
Silver ring outline, Trijicon stamp.
Ameriglo sights also have a Trijicon stamp on them.
Stock sights on my XD45 Compact.
I'm really not sure if they are Trijicon or Meprolight.
Aftermarket Meprolights on an XD9sc.
I had an issue with the stock sights on my EMP.
I can't see the sliver ring outline and don't care for it.
So instead of making false claims on an Internet forum, I had the sights changed out.
Perhaps you should try that.
If you don't like your sights, buy other ones.
No one mislead or lied to you.

If you are using the "dots" in good light you aren't making an accurate shot anyway. Use the notches, not the dots. The dots are there when you can't see the notch.
