Incorrect. Only the generation 1 didn't have rails. Both the 2nd and 3rd generation had rails.

Actually, wasn't there an HS-95 back in 1995? The HS-2000 made improvements to that.

I've been told from a reliable source that the HS-2000 is now called the HS-9, HS-40 and HS-45. That's what is now being stamped on the slides at the factory!!!!
