New guy checking in.

hello everyone. I am a recent new owner of a XD40 service model. This is the first handgun that i have everowned. I have shot some Glocks, S&W, and a Ruger or two before buying my pistol. I have been lurking around this sight for a little while now, but just now registered. The sight seems to be full of good information, and i look forward to being a part of it.

I do have one question. I am looking at the speed loaders on pistol-gear.com and would like to know which is best. I am thinking the one for 9.95 looks nicest. and the 3 dollar difference is not enough to matter. But if anyone thinks that this loader is junk please let me know.

Thank you

Hello and welcome!
Can't comment on the speed loader as I just let my thumbs get calloused. The mag spring will loosen up in time and loading won't be so bad.
Enjoy the perfect choice in handguns!

Welcome to the forum. I use the ADCO SuperThumb for my XD and have no problems with it. As already mentioned the mag springs will loosen up in time.

I use the superthumb. Works fine and it's durable.
