Anyone with xd w/trigger job in South Carolina

I am thinking about getting or performing either the Springer or Powder River trigger job. I definitely don't see the need for all that play before the trigger breaks and would like to feel some of the differences in pull, overtravel etc...If someone is close enough, the ammo is on me. I have a 9mm SC model and really like the gun, just think it could feel better...I'll bring my gun so nobody just has to stand there feeling silly. Anyone in the Charleston or surrounding areas?

I am also in the Charleston Area, but I do not have a trigger job on either of my XD's yet. I would also like to see the difference.

Just spend the $50 (or so) for the PRP kit with the OTS. You won't regret it. If you don't like it, I'm sure someone here will buy it off you. Unfortunately, I just put one in my XD40sc or I'd say I'll buy it from you if you don't like it.

If you get up to Greenville, Allen Arms has a XD in their rental case with a trigger job, and it's very nice. I wouldn't use it for carry, but for target, it's sweet.
