sorry to all of ya in those types of states...here in tx we just walk in, show our chl, hand''em money and walk out! only problem we have is running outta room in the safe, under the bed, in/on top of the pantry, etc. no registration needed. oh ya, if you live in the rural areas, you are lucky if they have 1 sheriff. you dial 911 and they usually send a sheriff and the local undertaker who usually shows up before the sheriff.

This thread is making me homesick! Grand Blanc/Flint.

I miss hunting the northern woods.

Flint PD used to make pretty good money for LEOs. I imagine they still do.

cekxd40, oh yes Michigan, the other communist country.
i grew up in flint and im glad that i left there. i cant believe
how they treat people with guns. espicially hand guns. i had
a death in the family a couple of weeks ago and went to Mt. Morris
to visit and stay for the funeral. picked up the phone book and did a
web search and to my surprise, almost no gun shops to go to and
hang out and look at stuff. i asked my brother what was up with that
since i had been gone such a long time and he brought me up to speed
about how they feel about hand guns in michigan. im really sorry i left
there. NOT

What made you decide to move from Kentucky to Michigan? I live in Michigan and fell in love with Kentucky after visiting over the summer. It's such a laid back place and everyone is polite and respectful. I think I might try to go back this summer!

meta4, come on back to kentucky yall. we can at least buy a handgun here without an interrogation under a spot light and a microscope shoved up unspeakable places.
