I installed a Springfield XD Powder River Trigger Kit today. What a great and easy mod to your XD. I installed it on and my XD45c.

The first part is the saftey lever, or disconnector. This part just drops in, it took about 15 min to install and is worth the entire 47.00 cost.

The second part is the overtravel stop it took me a bit of time to do, but I took my time to study how it worked, and smoothed out the rubbing area's. (thanks stunna)
The overtravel stop has to be sanded down to fit. The more you sand off the more overtravel you will have, pretty simple. This took me three attempts to get just right.

Attempt 1 the weapon would barely fire. Attempt 2 there was some overtravel but still too slight. Attempt 3 took some more off and that did the trick.

Tools Needed: Hammer / Set of Punches / Sandpaper (med grit).
