Hmmm, thats a good point. The way I hold the gun, my thumb does not contact the Slide Lock Release. And I know I am not limp wristing it. I spoke with SA today, and they said to send it in, but first to adjust my grip and try different magazines. I figured sure, why not, i have some ammo to waste.

I was gonna send in my XD to SA anyways to get the Combat Carry Package installed. Guess if it keeps happening, ill knock out two birds with one stone.
