I'm not the origional owner, I don't know if that makes a difference in SA's covering of the part or not. Do know if there is a ejector that is not MIM? Is this a commom part to break or did I just get a dud?

SA will still honor the warranty.

Since you are not the original owner there is no telling what it's been through or if you got a dud. MIM and stamped are the only two versions available that I'm aware of (from SA).

Call SA and see if they will send you a new one (if you feel comfortable replacing it yourself).

Emailed SA and never heard anything back (seems to be a trend, only wilson combat has ever emailed me back about a ?), so I just called and they are sending me a new ejector no ?'s asked.

SA can join S&W, Chip McCormick and Wilson Combat for exceptional customer service.

I'll post an update once the part arrives and I get it installed.
