Second range trip.

A total of 540 or so rounds with absolutely no problems. Getting more accurate and tighter groupings. My only problem is that the gun shoots low. I have to aim with the front site a little above the rear. Getting used to it though. I was able to shoot a Kimber 1911. I was very impressed. My next gun will be a .45 1911 style, most likely a Springfield. I was more accurate with it than my XD but time will improve that.

As far as ammo went, I put all kinds through it. The only kind I wont get again though is the Remmington UMC. I've never shot anything that spit so much powder out. I think my face and arm was covered with powder. The gun was pretty dirty when I got back home. So I think I'll stick with the WWB.

Are you using the 6-o'clock aim point?

Remind me again the setup for 6 oclock and 12 oclock. Not sure which one it is that I use. Not new to shooting, just new to terms. If I'm thinking right I'm using 6.
