I know it says not to bash people in the forum rules.... BUT COME ON MAN!!!! YOU ARE A TYPICAL BRAINWASHED COLLEGE GRAD!!!!

Look at Obama's voting record. He has voted for every gun law that has to do with restricting or banning. Including ammunition restrictions and bans. It is BS BS BS BS BS that he is for "COMMON SENSE GUN LAWS". He wants to take everyone's guns away. PERIOD. If you don't think so, you need to take off the blinders and or get some glasses.

I want to be able to protect myself and my family. Not wait for 15 mins for the overworked police to get to my house because the crime rates are so ridiculously high because all of our guns have been banned and taken away.

What you think guns laws restrictions work? HA!!!!!! Look at D.C., 30 years guns have been banned and the crime rate soared sky high. Same with Chicago, and New York.

I DID NOT VOTE FOR MCCAIN, I DO NOT THINK MCCAIN IS THE GREATEST. I will vote for him in Nov because he is the lesser of the two evils.

ok bro, its all good. and that is what im getting at. as long as you actually know ur stuff (which it sounds as though u do), and found the right guy for you, thats all i care about....i just dont want people voting b/c of sterotypes or media BS.

and i dont care what obamas voting record is, i dont care what his real stance on guns may be. i know that if he does win, laws that go as far as undueing the 2nd amendment and banning guns to the extent people are talking about will not pass. it never will. things like that i look past, there are more important issues.

Putting all the attention/glory and "Gotta' Have" on the XDm's have given me an idea. When the 9mm XDm is released, the quantity of 'ol XD-9 might become a buyer's dream, if you're OK with a used handgun.

Reading these threads in XD Talk, is very similar to conversation you sometimes run into in a good beer joint. Just good listening.

I agree, the XDm line might just create a small buyers paradise. Some people just have to have the latest/greatest.

Just wondering, are you too young to remember the 10yr Assault Weapons Ban, which lasted from 9/13/1994 to 9/13/2004? It restricted all kinds of guns and banned the sale/manufacture of hi-cap mags (>10rnd). If you want to see exactly where Obama stands on the 2nd Amendment, just look at the laws in Cook County IL, which he fully supported as an IL Senator and the anti-gun laws he tried to pass every year while an IL state Senator.
