When I got my XD9SC the front night sight was loose. They sent me an e-mail with a link to FedEx.com to print off a label. I did that and took it to FedEx and they told me it was the wrong kind of label. I called them back and they snail mailed mt a FedEx label. That worked fine and I got my gun back a couple weeks later.

I called to complain about the trigger bitting my finger and the lady gave me an RMA number which is just a way to track the shipment. It cost me $65 to ship it only to have them tell me the trigger was fine and shipped it back to me.

I'm not sure what you mean by biting your finger but my wife's XD9sc's trigger had a sharp edge that I had to sand a bit. It actually cut my brother-in-laws's finger.

I bought a xd9 sc in black or blue finish 1 month ago....but now I want the slide in chrome, Do you know if they do this..I don´t care paying a little extra.
