SA customer service drops the ball.
I sent a XD40 V10 slide in to be refinished. While it was there I also wanted a Dawson FO front sight installed.

Got the slide back. It looks great. The Dawson sight is really nice. One little problem. Without a rear sight it's going to be hard to maintain a decent sight picture.

You sissy. I shoot mine without rear site all the time.

It happens.
I had a highly lauded XD-centric smith send me back my slide with my newly installed XS sights and the rear sight was backwards (and wrong Duracoat color...).
At least with SA you've got a shot of fast followup and goodies, I got insolence.
