Xdm Jam

just had my first failure in my new XDM.. have already shot about 300 rds. thru it since I got it, and had no problems until today, when the last rd. in the mag failed to feed.. it was almost vertical jamed between barrel and slide. Always used factory ammo..winchester white box, but today used Blazer Brass.
Anyone out there have an XDM that also experienced a failure?
What could cause this?

I'm not sure what would cause it. I have tried to get mine to jam. I have almost 2000 rounds through it (1950 rounds) and I have not had one yet. I have also put 7 variations of ammo in it and the XDM ate all of it up. I think every gun is slightly different so good luck.

I agree. The mag would be the first thing that I would think of. I would try and see if you can get it to happen again with the same mag. Then see if it shoots fine with the other magazine.

It -could- also be weaker powder charge (ammo related), last round barely ejected and left no room for the new one to be properly chambered.

yes, I just went again to range today and it happened again with the other new mag. that came with gun.. this time after 60 rds. of Winch. white box. The next 40 rds. went thru ok. So it can't be a mag problem.
Could it be maybe holding the gun a little too loose? It's over 100 F in the indoor range where I fire.. ?

Possible, but I doubt it. Could just be the new mag design. Might have a few kinks. Mag springs might be weak.

This is a 9mm, 40SW??
