Any compatable carbines?

I've already ran a Search and the answer I found was no but I wasn't sure if anyone had heard of anything recently as far as a carbine that uses XD magazines.

Here's the threads I found that were marginally useful:
XD based carbines??
XD carbine
companion carbine
Carbine conversion?
Status on .22lr conversion? also talks about carbines a little

I'd prefer a variant of the Kel-Tec carbine but thats me.

On the Beretta Forum they use XD Mags in the Storm CX-4 (and I guess they also work in some Beretta pistols). All you have to do is add a little notch like the Beretta mags have. OT, If you have never shot a Storm, rent one the next time you are at the range. The thing is boringly accurate and a real hoot to shoot. One of the range officers let me shoot his one weekend and I went back Monday and bought one!

It would be Sweet if Springfield made a Little M-14 "Style" Carbine! They Could Rip-off Ruger, and style one after a Ruger PC.

A CALIFORNIA LEGAL Springfield .45 ACP Carbine That accepted XD Magazines would be Fucch'Kimb SICK!!!!!

BTW....I wonder if you could rig up XD mags to work in a Ruger PC????
