Got a new toy today, all black XDM
I traded in my .40xd sc, out the door cost was 250.53.
Did not shoot it as I had to run but the gun feels great, much more balanced then the xd sc, actually seems lighter even with 17 rounds in it (Guess this has to do with the balance). Sight seems to be highly improved, not sure on accuracy yet. I decided to the trade the xd as I got a PT145 for fathers day and did not need two short guns as the PT145 will now be my carry. I really liked the xd but the pt felt slightly better in my hand and seems a bit more accurate.. The PT was my 4th gun but I'd now like to get a 9mm for my collection, I'm thinking Glock (But really don't like them). What the good word on 9mm? My collection: Taurus: PT145 FN Herstal: Five-seveN Springfield Armory: XDM Taurus: Ultra-Lite titanium .38spl Last edited by nyrfan : 06-21-2008 at 12:20 PM. |

I picked up a new XDM today as well. Will get to shoot it here in about 45 minutes. We'll have to compare notes.

That's looking pretty dang sweet. I want one!! Let me know how it shoots for you. I'll have to arrange to take one out for a test drive.

That's what I thought. It looks like a quality production photo.
