XDm 40 cal
Hey gang,
I looked at a XD m 40 cal yesterday. It was selling for 669. with the stainless slide. The sales person talked about all the features that make it better then the XD. After dry firing it and playing with it a wee bit, I found I liked it, BUT what I liked most was the look. I really felt no differance in the trigger or in the grip and since I didnt fire it cant talk about the "match barrel" and accuracy. I really dont expect it to be any better then what I shoot now. But the gun looked "cooler" !! I think that that is the biggest sale point of the gun. It doesn't look like a square piece of steel. I might have to just buy this gun . take care Jack |

From the pictures I saw (haven't held one personally) the grip looked like something off a Glock, and I don't like they way they are angled.

I've got that "itch" too about owning the XDM. That little voice in my head may just take me to my local dealer today to pick one up
