Oh I dont do chroming, I just did the controls for some one to match his chromed slide. But plenty of us here have had Virgil Tripp from Tripp research chome our xd and hs2000s

Ajames i was wondering if you can do the finishes on the slides that are already black? I have a tactical xd .40 in green and was wondering if the slide could be changed colors. Ive seen your work and was really impressed. thanks

Island if you mean the factory black finish yes, the dura coat really likes the stock finish. So I can make it a green or say tan slide. If you allready have a kote like KG or other brands, I have been told DuraCoat wont react well with it. So stock finish black no problem just pick a color that Lauer custom weaponery makes.

Is it possible though if you already have it coated with somethin else like Armory Kote/Gun Kote.....it can be removed before puttin on the new duracoat??

Oh ok i have everything stock and no other sealers on my gun. So when you put the finish on hte gun what parts do you do? slide, slide lock trigger, grip saftey? I was also curious about the price. If you dont want to post it you can email me @ Islandchanel@hotmail.com. Thanks for your time
