Picture post of home range
Nieghbor took an aerial shot of my backyard range from his ultralight, so I thought I'd share it. I try to shoot everyday and if anyone in Northern Illlinois would like to stop out, contact me. Curt

Wow, that is very nice, oh the price us city people pay. Oh how I would love a range on my land.

Can you explain the different aspects of that range, for instance the plexiglass looking thing on the right of the carpet...
Thanks, T |

Very nice!
For some reason though, I hear a voice saying "If you build it, they will come."

You ain't right.
I'm curious, mgtd, what's the structure to the shooter's right? Looks like it's got some mess panels on it. Is it just a table or stand for placing the firearms or doesn't that mess act as a brass-catcher? Looks like it's a little too far away from the shooter to do that, however. Maybe just to provide shade? P.S. Hmmm....so whereabouts in Northern IL should I plan to move? My wife would get the snow each winter she so often covets, she could have a kick-#$% garden and I could build a range in the middle of it!!!

WOW, that's simply awesome.
I'm thinking he made the plexi glass side piece to catch the casings. Shooting everyday means he probably reloads..
