100-200 rounds 2-3 times a week. Last weekend I went through 900 rounds in a 2-day course.

150-250rds (45 & 223) once a week, usually after work. Every now and then I'll do 400-500rds when I have company.

Normally 300 rounds minimum. I look at it like this. Gas prices suck, it's hard to get away from Honey Dues and ammo ain't getting cheaper. Why waste time, gas and money? Then of course you should clean the guns after the range trip so if you have to do it anyway might as well make the most of it. Another 100 rounds ain't going to make any harder to clean.

When you go to the trouble to go to the range, enjoy yourself and shoot em up. I normally practice with two hands, strong and weak side as well as just picking up to shoot.

The other thing I always take is Shoot & See targets so I know if I am getting any better vs just wasting rounds.

~50 rds. of .38 +P
~150 rds. of 9mm, .40, or .45 (depending on which pistol I take)
~150 rds. of .223

With ammo prices what they are, my range trips have decreased to about once a month.

250-9mm 100-.45 150-.223

I try to go ~ once a week and will shoot between 100-300 .40 S&W and 300 .22LR.

Now that my .22LR is back in working order, I'll probably be doing more 22 and less 40. Ammo prices suck!
