The belt I got is a 1.75" from the belt man. Nice quality belt, but it's just been horribly uncomfortable. It's uncomfortable whether or not I'm using it for nothing other than holding my pants up or carrying.
I'm actually quite healthy, deliver 15000lbs of soda on average every day. |

You don't need a belt. You need a shoulder holster and a lot of beer and ice cream to put some weight on your bones.
I had the same problem even at my size, until i found the Wilderness Belt. No more belt bite and very comfortable. I wear it all the time and do not own any other belts any more.
