Ammo, ear and eye protection, oil, cleaning supplies and tools, a Gerber multi tool, a t-shirt I use for wiping things down, a mat to lay out for the guns to lay on...can't think of anything else off the top of my head. Oh, my gun club id card.

A Hoppes rifle cleaning box with two sets of rods
paper targets
magic markers and pens for scoring
cloths pins for holding up targets
Between the car and the range a spotter scope can be seen lashed to the top of the bag
and a small monkey with an XD-9SC to make sure it all stays put.
