Like others have said, you may find that you need to replace this small part or pin, but in general your XD should last a VERY long time. If I were shooting that much, I would build up a spare parts kits from what OEM parts are currently offered. Heck, I don't shoot that much, but I am still going to build up the kit.

I would assume that with a lifetime warranty, the gun will last a lifetime!

Just kidding!!! Trying to get a rise out of my bros on a Friday.  Why, you planning on coming up with enough money to buy the ammo it would take to wear out a gun of that quality? |
