Front sight
I just received my XD40 4" with Heinie sights. I like it but the front sight is off center. Any good information on how to drift the front sight or is this exclusively for a smith

If you have a local smith that will do it cheap and quick I would take it to them...the front sights can be a bizatch to move without a sight pusher and a little luck.

Have you shot it yet though? Shoot it first to make sure it isn't hitting POI already, it may just look off.

I agree. They are drift adjusted so a flat punch and a hammer. The general rule is to leave the front sight centered and adjust the rear.
