My XD just won't stop...

Eating ammo. Went to the range last night and shot 100 WWB 115gr FMJ and 100 Remington 115gr HP. My XD has never, ever malfunctioned, not even once! Took my fiance's little sister too. She had never fired a gun in her life...talk about limp wristing...I thought the XD was going to jump back & bust her noggin! The XD just kept firing...no matter what! Thats what I like in a defensive weapon...reliability!!!

I'm having that same issue! I'm hopefully taking the fiance to the range today for a good 200 rounds...

That's my guess too, since he said 115 grain ammo.

Yeah iam having the same wonderful problem with my XD40 service. I took my daughter the other day and it was her first time shooting a pistol. Now she wont stop asking when we can go back. I felt the service model was a little to big for her so I went and bought a XD40 subcompact last night. I figured it was a good excuse to go get a new toy. We plan on shooting atleast 300 rounds if not more saturday.

Oh boy that XDSC 40 is gonna be rough on her i bet. A smaller gun has more recoil ( I think).

I too have a hungry XD...factory should put a warning label on the box,
"For proper care and feeding must take to range often"
