I just bought my first XD/SC 40 and was wondering, how many carry with 1
in the chamber?. |

The XD was built with redundant safety mechanisms to make it as safe as possible to carry chambered. Allot of people have a hard time training there minds to believe the gun wont go off unless the trigger is pulled. But it is True. The gun wont go off unless the trigger is pulled.
Having to deal with an extra step in a defensive situation can be a deal breaker. Of course it is Just MHO..

i carry my 1911 cocked and locked.
