I think they are asking if anyone has shot AN XD-M yet. And they missed all the threads talking about the XD-M and the Sticky about the XD-M.

Wait, you mean to tell me that something new came out thats a newer version of what this forum is about and there have already been threads about it and theres a sticky too..... nooo way. haha

I bought one on the Friday they were supposedly announced at the NRA meeting. I got to shoot it a little bit before work on Saturday, and want to shoot more but probably won't get time until this weekend. I used to own an XD-40 with the 4 inch barrel and, while it was a great gun, it just didn't agree completely with me. The XDm I have is real nice, in fact I don't see myself getting rid of it willingly. The barrel finish wears quickly, Like every XD I have seen to date. The trigger is nice, the capacity is great, and in a few months when I can get a good IWB holster, some more extra mags, ect. It will probably become my daily carry.

I just got the XDM-40 on saturday. Then Sunday afternoon i got to put alot of rounds down range. It shoots great, the trigger is much different just a little less Pre-Travel and breaks a little cleaner, but nothing major. The Groups are a little better than my XD-9 Service and about the same as my XD-45 Tactical.

The interchangable back straps are nice(same as the M&P), and the 16rd capacity of 40S&W is awesome.
