agalindo, I installed just the Trigger Kit from Springer Precision. I used every spring except for the one second to the right in PG picture of the kit.

I think I understand what you're saying. From what I can see is the spring that goes around the trigger bar doesn't have tension to keep it up.

The trigger bar goes under the sear safety leaver so when you're installing it you have to angle it at about 45deg as you insert it into the sear, safety leaver.

Did you view this this video.

Vid I made of sear and trigger bar reassembly

yeah, i watched it. The quality isn't the best so it's hard to see what goes where. I got the rear sear assembly assembled as it should be. Sear is in. Opening is facing trigger and sear spring is installed with tension on it from little bar.

I'll see if I can get it fixed.

I took the sear out, and see how the trigger bar is set on it. Now just to get it to go like that in the gun.

Check the safety leaver to insure it's in correctly. Push the grip safety an then push the safety leaver up as it goes up the sear should go down.

okay as you said. I held in grip safety and pushed the safety lever up. Sear goes down.

I guess I just can't seem to get the trigger bar back in there. I must be close cause trigger will work, but the bar will fall and the trigger ceases to work

For the trigger to trigger bar spring. The one hooked side hooks onto the trigger bar, does the straight end just stay loose?

Did you fit the trigger bar for reset? It needs to be fit for reset and over travel.

I guess I missunderstood thinking you didn't have to modify the trigger bar with this kit?

Like I said I can get everything in there, and get the trigger bar to pull down on the sear, but the trigger bar is loose and will fall down and cease to function.

In order to make a kit that works optimally with all the models, the trigger bars must be fit to each pistol.

Yes, anything I've read said it involved minor filing to make it work properly.

I'm hoping to buy a Springer trigger kit for the XD9sc when it gets back from Tripp's...........
