Hi Everyone,
I found some crimson trace lazer grips on impactguns.com at the lowest price I have every seen at $230.00. However, I have found a couple of complaint online recently pertaining to this buiness practices. Does anyone out there have any experience with this company? I would greatl appreciate any advice.

They are local here in Utah. I go there first for anything gun related. I have bought a couple of guns from them. I highly recommend them.

I haven't heard bad things about their service, but I would compare prices before ordering from them. Their prices on some items seems high, but that CT Laser sounds like a pretty good deal.

I've also bought some stuff from them locally with no problems. Employees seem knowledgeable and eager to help. Not sure about the online division though.

I hate for my first ever post on XDTalk to be a bash on any company but I just had to for this one.

I've placed 2 orders from ImpactGuns in the past.
The first one was for a CZ SP-01 with night sights for around 439.00 a couple of years ago. The gun was on backorder and before it arrived I was notified that the prices had gone way up. I was left with the impression that they advertised the gun at that low price just to get me to order and did the old bait and switch. I canceled my order.

The second time I was looking to order 3 Rock River lowers and found them on ImpactGuns for 119.95. They were also on backorder and promised 8-12 weeks delivery. I ordered the lowers and Months and Months passed. I also got a E:Mail telling me the price went from 119.95 to 156.00.
I ended up waiting for the lowers that arrived at my FFL almost 10 months later. Once again I felt they did a bait and switch on the price. I should have canceled the order but I needed the lowers.

They also had a "I don't give a Sh*T" attitude on the phone.

I've done business with alot of Gun Companies,Vendors,etc, so I know what good service can be. Companies like LaRue Tactical, MidwayUSA and TopGunSupply are just a few that are a pleasure to do business with.
Impactguns has been the worst for me and I don't recommend them.

Each of the 3 Rock River lowers were in thin plastic and with nothing else in the box.
When my FFL received the lowers he could not believe they were shipped that way.

I placed an order for 2 Pearce extensions and a weeks went by and I still had not received the order. I called a total of 5 times now and was put on hold a few times for up to 20 minutes and still the things never got shipped. I finally disputed the charge with my CC company and sent Impact an email saying to cancel the order but never got a response. The charge is still on my CC and it's been well over a month now and still nothing is resolved. I'll have to call them again today.

By the way, each time I called I got this girl who sounded no older than 13, and was about as smart as a bag of assholes.

Luckily Reeek from on here gave me two Pearce extensions for a STEAL through the mail. Thanks again, man.

Don't buy a weapon you haven't handled first. Field strip every weapon and scrutinize it before you buy!
