i thought the whole idea behind the xdm was to increase and improve the 40. i dont believe it comesin another caliber.....yet

I haven't really been following the whole XD-M thing.
I was under the impression they used the same mags. I guess this isn't so?

Since the 40 and the 357 sig basicaly use the same diameter case I would not be surprised if they add the 357 sig to the M line sometime soon, especially since the 357 sig is often used by police.
