You are right RGeliske, Im picking up a 9mm Service model this friday (finally), however, if they had a 9mm Compact, I would probably have purchase that. I tried tlooking for a Compact 9mm but they only have it in the 45. That extra inch or so off the grip means the difference between easier concealment, while maintaining 4 inch barrel accuracy. So I decided to stick with the Service Model. I can't see myself going down to the sub compact. Theres too many scenario's where you would have to shoot beyond 15 yards to save a loved one, "rescue shooting". I would never rely on a 3 inch sub compact.

Don't mean to hijack this thread but since im on the subject i'll just create another thread
