Just check my 9sc. Left side only and very difficult to see. It is definitly not a crack.

I checked mine with a microscope at my lab and it does not appear to be fatigue cracks or failure from over pressure.

Its a tooling mark. I have them on both sides of my SC-9 and it looks like it might have been done with whatever installs the mag catch. On my SC, if you follow them into the mag catch dimple area it stops. I don't see any need to worry.

I have the same marks on my 9mm sub and it's brand new. How the hell did you see them, I had to look under a magnifying glass to find them.
