The first week of Apr 08 I bought my XD-40 service, bi-tone, for $509.00 here in NW VA. The listed price was $575 and I asked the owner if he could do any better, and he did. I was very pleased.

Of course I also had to pay VA sales tax + a VA $2.00 fee.

509 is a deal man... I just think Guns and New Jersey don't mix well so they tend to over price stuff... thats my guess. Definitely going to the rage again today, and doing a another couple hundred...

I have a problem or difference in my shooting... ever since I was real young I shoot with my right hand but find that I can't use my right eye ... I can't keep it open, but no problems using my left/dominant eye. Is there anything I should take into considering when using an opposite eye to improve accuracy?

Got my new XD40 compact here in S Utah for $454 plus tax. And here's a sweet part: I at first bought the standard 40 (same price), walked about with it and realized it was too bulky for concealed carry. Took it back one week later and they traded with no problem.

How long has it been since you've been? I was there a few years back the last time and just recently made the trip back to pick up my XD40SC since they were the only place anywhere I could find that had the SC with night sights in stock and they had added on. They had added an additional huge room onto the rear of the store and probably doubled their old square footage.

For someplace out in the middle of no where it IS amazingly busy but their prices are the best around here and Ammo prices are way cheap compared to most other places.

I got my xd 40 service new for 425 otd w/3mags and now the same place is selling them for 525...right place at the right time I guess!
