Another Xd today....

Greetings!! I bought my first handgun, XD45 service, the 13th of March and since I've owned it I've been wanting more!!! So today I got to pick up "my wife's" XD9sc that I ordered from Budsgunshop.com. (BTW Buds is awesome!) Today was an awesome day not only did I get the XD but we made an offer to buy a home and the seller accepted!! I took the 9 home and cleaned it up a little but and off to the range I went. You all know from other posts how well XDs shoot and it's no surprise my XD (I mean my wife's XD) ran with no problems. I shot 200 rounds of Blazer brass, the first time I've every shot blazer, and every time I puled the trigger the XD went bang. I just appreciate how well the XDs are made! As I was checking out I saw that the local shop here had a XDM so I asked to check it out and IMO the grip felt better. They were asking $729 for a .40 Bitone. Too much?? I think so. I threw in a picture just for the heck of it so I hope yall enjoy. Thanks for all the helpful insight yall offer here!! Have a blessed day and don't forget tomorrow is Mother's Day!!

Well enjoy your wife's new pistol! Maybe you will get lucky and she will lose interest in it. Nice looking pair.

Do you mean get lucky by losing interest, or "get lucky" (bow-chicka-bow-wow) and lose interest. Because the latter seems like a better deal.

I have been trying to talk my wife into a sc9. She has her heart set on a sig 239 though. How does that pinky finger extension work? Pierce grip I think. Does it affect your support hand grip?

I really like the Pearce grip. It doesn't affect my support hand at all, when I am shooting I can hardly notice it's a sub compact grip.
