Ok, I am just kidding. Seriously though, that really doesnt surprise me. Out here in colorado, you see that alot. People shooting firearms that thier friends-uncles-cousins own with pre-concieved notions about what will and wont stop a bullet. Many of these guys come from rural areas so to admit they dont know how to use a firearm or that they dont know about shooting is, though true, like admitting that they have some horrible defect. If it starts happening again, I would definitely be +1 on calling law enforcement. And even before that happens if you know the guys even casually, I would drop by and just ask that tey find a better backstop, maybe even offer to help them find something suitable.
