I had the idea to start a post documenting images of XD wear relative to round counts. Say: New, 250, 500, 1k, 5k, 10k, 20k, 30k, etc., or whatever.

Hope you have high speed internet.

Please share images clearly showing typical wear listing:
1) Model
2) Estimated Round Count

Mine:
1) XD Tac9
2) 150 rounds

I think so.

I figure, seriously, I shoot 100-300 rounds, clean it, oil it, and put it back in the safe. Same with all my guns. They sit more than they shoot. So, I have little to worry about in terms of fouling due to a little extra lubrication.

As its newness wears off I may not baby it so much.

There could be some inaccuracies in this polling since some XDs have been refinished. I can't remember how many rounds I've put through mine anymore. I know it still puts a smile on my face though

However I seem to have a lot more barrel ware than either of you...

This is brand new, only 200 rounds through it...
