In this case I dont think I waited that long but he seemed up front and provided the info. I also had some business travel trown in there too. When I got back and went to pick up my mail and spoke to PMG about claims is when everything started to fall apart. I also have never had any lost mail before and didnt know the process. There was a holiday and I was asked by USPS to wait a few etra days etc. etc.

Ok let me begin by saying that I need to become drug or alcohol dependant. This is what I was told by the state, when I filed my claim for state disability insurance to cover me from the day of my surgery to september, a total of 3 months. However, I do not qualify because of their ****ed up system of determining benefits. I have worked from march till may in the state and paid my few dollars to the SDI, but apparently they do not look at the previous 6 months. This little regulation is totally ****ing me over, because they also will not honor federal service. I was in iraq for 10 months in 2004, I also was in school full-time prior to that. Now let me pause here to say that if I was to have a substance abuse problem, I would qualify, just for that. So because I went to Iraq and did a year there, I get ****ed over? WHAT THE **** KINDA BULL**** IS THAT?????????? I was not regular army, I was reserve. So this little problem then is going to force me to refuse to do anything else with the Army reserve, because they can't do **** for me either. So because the state is stupid and full of bull****, and the Army reserve is ****ed up like that, I am ****ed. All that is going to happend is I might have to work on gettting a substance abuse problem, or commit illegal acts in order to sustain even minimal quality of life. This is a serious ****ing issue and is causing a lot of problems for other people as well. With the whole army thing, if it is just going to cause me to be ****ed over... **** it I don't need that ****, and california, bull**** capital of the west, they treat alcoholics and drug addicts, better than the people who serve their country!!! Now this is too much bull ****, and I still do not fully comprehend the level of it. So I can say this, I am getting the **** out of California as soon as my knee is healed. The situation has become too critical. The one thing you never **** with is a mans dignity, and to tell me that everything I have done in life means nothing, well fine **** you. If california was a person, I would have blown his ****ing head off a long time ago, **** california.

I was stationed at El Toro and Tustin Marine Corps Air Station in the 80's.
I am pretty well familiar with the Orange County area.

I found out the hard way that the USPS won't do too much either. Seems they aren't too interested in spending their valuable time helping someone track down a few bucks. I was told that an investigation would cost them several thousand dollars in man hours, basically I was on my own. Caveat Emptor, unfortunately!
