When people false advertise like this its called Spoofing. I almost got burned 3 weeks ago for 7500 bucks on a bad car deal. When I spoke with corresponding company, they suggested that I notify Spoof@ebay.com and report any info that I had on this person to the FBI. I know that $7500.00 is a lot more than 85 bucks but you should still try and report that person. It could help others in the long run.
