ask him

Ask him what he installs, some only only certain brands and they not be the ones you want. I installed mepro's and two weeks later installed truglo's, the absolute best I have ever used.

A $100.00 Bucks That guy is pulling a big one on you. Send the slide to AJAMES, buy TFO,s from him and he will instal them free. Or shop around your local XD dealers other than the 4 100.00 guy and you may find some one a whole lot cheaper. GilbertsGuns.com is selling TFOs for $ 79.99 and I believe he is also a XDTalk sponsorer as well. don't try installing them yourself unless you have done it before folks on this forum have said the factory sights are really hard to remove. You probably have a competent gunsmith in your area who will install them for $50.00 or less.

install what for 50 or less? a decent night sight cost more than 50.

i think if its a quality night sight then the cost of the product and the installation should come out to about 100 bucks.

good price...id do it. if it is TFOs then you can expect 80 for the sights and 20 for installation anyways.

I like my TFOs. And you should always support forum sponsors.

OUCH! 100.00 is high even at Alaskan prices. I had a local gunsmith install a set, at the same time had the bbl ported ( cut down to 2.5 inches and recrowned) on my S&W 44 mag The whole job only cost me $105.00

take your 100 bucks and buy you a good vice, punches, and a hammer. do it your self and save 50 buck or more! j/k mepolights are pretty good, had a set but somehow, the tritium came out of the front sight.

Probably because you used a hammer. NEVER install tritium sights without a sight pusher
