Does the XD strip down like the Glock?
I am familiar with stripping down Glocks, but I have yet to start punching out those pins on the frame on my new XD. If I do so, do the internals come out just like the Glock? Any tips or things to watch out for, like small springs that pop out?

Yes and no, the xd is different than a glock but does use pins to hold things together like a glock
