Trigger Bar Rubbing
I've notice (by feel and sight) that the front curved edge of my trigger bar rubs the slide when I'm pulling the trigger.
I removed the slide, and was able to see where there is metal-to-metal rubbing. The front rounded edge of the trigger bar is rubbing in the "cut-out" section of the slide. Is anyone else having this problem? Can this be fixed by simply using a file on the trigger bar? Personally, I don't know why the trigger bar needs to be curved up quite so high anyway. |

It is so high so the slide can push the trigger bar down to reset the trigger.

You don't want to file that part down any. It will cause big problems if you do.
