btw...agalindo is right about the malfunction being caused by wear. All the safeties were intact and functioning properly at round count 0. 75,000+ racks of the slide, dry fire, and live rounds later the parts just wore out. Up untill the parts wore out this has been a VERY reliable/accurate gun that has served me well for 3 years in USPSA/IDPA comps. I can't wait to get it back!
