CC in State/National Parks
I was wondering if it is leagal to conceal carry in a state (Texas) or national park. I'm going to a national park this weekend and I don't want to be breaking any laws. I'm a CHL holder, but I don't remember hearing anything about this in my class. Thanks for any help provided.

State parks are under the states jurisdiction. National parks are off limits no matter where they are.

But that is hopefully changing with legislation currently under review right now.
