I think the best solution to this worry is a good holster. Reputable holsters protect the trigger so area from accidental contact with... well, anything. For the XD to discharge, as designed, both the trigger (meaning, pressure squarely on the center of the trigger to disengage the trigger safety) and the grip safety must worked. As unlikely as this is to happen rattling around in your pocket, that is still not a good choice for carry.
So yeah, a good holster should help you feel at ease. |
