What size punches for XD disassembly?
I'm looking to buy some punches but I want to make sure I get the right sizes and/or types. Any help is appreciated.

Laz, I'm shooting from the hip here,
but I believe that Ajames has that info on his web site along with the complete dis-reassembly instructions. Bet you seen it, but forgot about it. Ed

Do yourself a favor and buy a punch set. usually, you get a set of six for about 2X what they charge for a single punch. Brownells sells them. You need a set of "cup head" punches for roll pins.

I bought a 4 piece set from sears for a few bucks....3/32, 1/8th, 5/32, and a line up punch 5/32....Craftsman. That's been sufficient to do my XD and a Mossberg shotgun.
