Go to a website for a county sheriff on the OR/WA border, see if the requirements are there, and if you meet them. If you do, make an appointment, and while you have them on the phone, ask them what they need from you. If you don't have the requirements needed to make an appointment, than go get those taken care of, then call to make an appointment.

Your never gonna know if you can get one if you don't even try.

Not from WA, but I went to PCSO downtown and got my permit that day. No wait.

Thanks everyone for the info. I'm just super anxious. Besides that going to open peoples cars (I'm a lock smith) in the middle of the night in shady areas is a little sketchy.

Just and FYI, if you are a washington resident applying for a wa permit, they have 30 days to get you the permit, by statute. 6 months is crazy.

All that you can depend on from a 45 is that it will drill a .45 - .70 inch hole about 14 inches into someone. There will not be "energy dump", people will not fly backwards, and they will not necessarily fall as if they have been struck by lighting.

i walked into KCSO and walked out in like 20 min with my CPL the only reason it took that long is the phone kept ringing and there were like 3 people infront of me.
