Comfortable IWB for Fat Guy.
What would any of you guys suggest for a guy that is about 260 and wants to carry inside waist band. Must be shirt tuckable. The folks on Glock talk suggest a CTAC-Mtac-Minotaur.
Thanks,

Their sugestions are great, I have a Minotaur Gladiator coming. I hear Don Hume holsters are another good choice.

I'm very happy with my supertucks from Crossbreed (CrossBreed Holsters, Innovative holsters for concealed carry-1911-Glock-HK-Sig-Taurus-Kimber-Springfield-Colt-XD). I have one for my 40 tactical and another for my 1911. I'm 6'0/230lbs, it's very comfortable. Mark has a two week trial period, so if you don't like it you can send it back. It also comes with a lifetime warranty, can't beat that.

Crossbreed Supertuck. Search around here on the forums, there is a LOT of reviews and pictures. I couldn't be happier with mine.

Supertuck or Quikclip by Crossbreed.
I use the Quikclip because it is easier to get on and off. Something I have to do a few times during the day....

I'm about the same size and picked up the MTAC for my 40SC and it's awesome. A little nicer finish then the supertuck but either will be fine. I prefered the extra piece of leather on the back so the metal disc of the T-bolt aren't exposed.

I have the Desantis "tuck this" and after some fiddling around to find the most comfortable spot (4:00), I'm liking it a lot. I find that after a while I don't even realize it's there anymore.
I'm 6'1", 270. |
