Not much of a warranty issue...just one of my XD 40 mags consistently failed to feed...

What a breeze...no questions. "Here is your RMA#, Here is the address to send it to...your new one will be there ASAP"

Really the best. I know others have had other more expensive warranty fixes with SA. How about sharing them?

Sure. At the moment, they have my wife's XDSC (9mm) that repeatedly failed to cock itself when it chambered the next round...I got a call yesterday from "Megan" saying that there's nothing wrong with it, and that they put 100rds through it, so they're positive. I was...less than pleased. HOWEVER, this is the first negative interaction I've had with them, and I hope it will be resolved quickly and to my satisfaction (a working gun for my wife).
