Time for new springs ???

I have a XD9 Service with about 3500 rds thru it now and was wondering if it was time for new springs ??? Where do I get them and How do I do it ??

Is there any new custom stuff that works better than the original springs ??

I figured I had better get the XD in shape before I go to Front Sight in June

I've shot +- double the rounds you have and I haven't replaced any springs yet. Might not be a bad idea to order a set to have in case you need to replace one but I wouldn't change the existing springs.

I'm like agalindo, heading for 7000 and still on the originals. The XD is the best money I ever spent

I replace my recoil spring in my XD9tac every 2000 rounds. I don't have time for a finicky pistol in the middle of a match.
