Where to buy in pittsburgh
I was wondering if anyone knew the cheapest place to buy a 9mm XD in pittsburgh. I went to gander mountain and htey had the stainless slide version which is what I am looking at for $500. It came with 2 15 round mags and i'm not sure what else. Two other places i went were either this price or more expensive. Does this sound like a fair price or can it be found for cheaper in pittsburgh?

Not about their prices but the folks at Firearms Unlimited in Bridgeville are a great bunch and XD supporters.

Another place I would check is Anthony Arms - they are in West Mifflin. They don't have their catalog or prices online, but you can get their phone number from their site: www.anthonyarms.com
The owner, Bill, is a really nice guy and they are the guys I bought my XD from back in January.

try powell guns in penn hills, I got xd9 tacical for 501.35 taxes everything, oh 2.00 for background check.thats 503.35.

+1 on Bravermans'
Braverman's usually has a fair price on everything. Not fantastic, but fair. Also, check the Greater Pgh Gun Club if they're still selling guns. I remember they'd order Glocks for 10% markup. Don't know about XDs.
And you can always wait for the gun show.

I'm going to call powell guns. Anthony arms was helpful but they are at least 20 more than gander. I'll have to check out braverman but i have heard that powell will probably have the cheapest prices.
